18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Periampullary tumor, pancreatic head tumor, common bile duct stones, and common bile duct cysts indicating for choledochojejunostomy or pancreaticoduodenectomy; 2. Aged 18 to 75 years old; 3. Child–Pugh class A or B liver function; 4. No severe organic diseases of heart, lung, kidney, and the preoperative operation risk score was <3, with good operative tolerance; 5. Person who agrees to sign informed consents.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Residual bile duct length <0.8cm; 2. Wiht one or more organic diseases of heart, lung, kidney, and the preoperative operation risk score was =3. Person who can not tolerate surgery; 3. Person who refuses to sign informed consents.
