Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) it meets the diagnostic criteria of benign thyroid nodules; (2) aged between 18 and 65 years (including 18 and 65); (3) have been improved to the hospital to assist in the examination, and have no immune system disease; (4) the American society of anesthesiologists (ASA) class I-II; (5) the informed consent has been signed; (6) approved by the hospital ethics committee.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) those who underwent the operation of meridians; A person with local skin infection; A person with upper or lower limb nerve injuries; (2) people with sleep apnea syndrome; (3) there are abnormal adrenal glands; (4) patients who cannot cooperate with the completion of the research plan, including language difficulties, infectious diseases, etc.; (5) subjects who are participating in other drug clinical studies or have just completed clinical trials of other drugs less than 3 months ago.
