18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Single tooth or interval teeth loss in maxillary anterior sector that need for dental implant; screw retained prosthetic rehabilitation is feasible; patients have signed informed consent; 2. Patient =18 years of age; 3. Absence of any local or systemic diseases that might contraindicate the treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Need for onlay bone augmentation or soft tissue augmentation; 2. Use steroids or bisphosphonate; 3. Patient suffer from physical handicaps that would interfere with the ability to perform adequate oral hygiene; 4. Participate in other trials and took medicine or receive treatment within 30 days; 5. Smoke >10 cigarette a day; 6. Conditions which would prevent the completion of study participation or interfere with analysis of study results, such as a history of non-compliance or unreliability; 7. Receive chemotherapy within 5 years; 8. Irradiated in the head and/or neck; 9. Malignant tumor.
