Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. a clear history of acute sprain (within 3 days), resulting in ankle swelling, pain and dysfunction of movement; 2. X-ray examination to exclude ankle fracture or fibula subluxation, dislocation, etc.; 3. ankle Joint MRI confirmed the degree of injury was I degree or II degree, no open injury; 4. good compliance, willing to complete the diagnosis and treatment; 5. not taking hormone drugs, no history of surgery; 6. pain visual acuity score (Visual Analogue Scale )> 0 points; 7. willing to sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Fracture or ankle dislocation; ankle, lateral ligament rupture; can not cooperate with the treatment.
