Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Colorectal cancer patients were examined by pathological examination before and after operation, and no distant organ metastasis was detected by CT. The patients underwent radical resection of colorectal cancer; 2. Combined with type 2 diabetes mellitus, the history of diabetes mellitus, blood glucose control and blood glucose test were diagnosed by the doctor of diabetes. The diagnostic criteria refer to the diagnostic criteria for diabetes in 1999; 3. Preoperative radiotherapy, chemotherapy and other anti-tumor therapy; 4. No anemia, malnutrition; 5. Informed consent of patients and their families.;Inclusion criteria: 1. Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Aged more than 80 years old; 2. Severe heart, brain and kidney dysfunction; 3. Patients with colonic obstruction; 4. Palliative or emergency surgery, the need for combined removal of the spleen, pancreas, bladder or uterus; 5.
