Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) electronic colonoscopy and pathology, in accordance with the 2012 amendments to the inflammatory bowel disease diagnosis and treatment of the consensus in diagnostic criteria; (2) patients in mild and moderate activities and remission, remission period according to diagnostic criteria of the disease activity index score; (3) Aged 18-60 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) bacterial dysentery, amebic dysentery, chronic schistosomiasis, intestinal tuberculosis and other infectious colitis, ischemic enteritis, radiation enteritis and colon cancer patients; (2) within six months of regular exercise of patients; (3) patients with other autoimmune diseases; (4) patients with osteoarthritis and other movement disorders; (5) with cardiovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system and other serious diseases, and mental patients; (6) had severe complications including intestinal obstruction, fistula, abdominal abscess, toxic megacolon, intestinal perforation, gastrointestinal bleeding, intraepithelial neoplasia and cancer patients.
