16 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 16-40years male or female; 2. Diagnosis with malocclusion; 3. CBCT showing thickness of labial mandibular bone in anterior teeth, with periodontal fenestration defects; 4. Patients with good periodontal health and maintaining good oral hygiene were taken for the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients showing any signs of active periodontal disease; 2) Patients on long term corticosteroid therapy; 3) Individuals with inadequately treated endodontic problems; 4) previous surgery in the defected area within the past 1 year; 5) Persons taking medications that slow down bone metabolism, such as bisphosphonates and NSAIDS; 6) pregnant or lactating females; 7) drug and alcohol abuse.
