Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. aged older than 40 years; 2. elective non-cardiac surgery; 3. surgical time >3 hours and <5 hours; 4. signing the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. combined DES anesthesia and propofol or sevoflurane anesthesia; 2. pregnancy; 3. no postanesthesia care unit stay or failure to extubate; 4. participating in other interventional studies; 5. suspected family history of malignant hyperthermia or propofol infusion syndrome.
