Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. patients aged between 18-75years old three months to twleve months after ischemic stroke; 2. The stroke was first episode,?according to the guidelines for Chinese cerebrovascular disease prevention and treatment, ischemic stroke was supported ,?and the lesions in the left hemisphere (CT or MRI confirmed); 3. Dextromanuality,non-fluent aphasia, complicated with cognitive impairment; 4. There was no significant improvement in language ability and cognitive impairment after routine medical treatment; 5. No other neurological history (such as epilepsy, Parkinson's disease, brain injury, etc.), no stent implantation history, good cooperation to the treatment; 6. clear consciousness, grade school culture degree or above; 7. signed the informed.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. patients with cerebral hemorrhage or hemorrhagic cerebral infarction; 2. Nuclear magnetic resonance or transcranial magnetic stimulation contraindications; 3. Verbal communication failure (severe cognitive impairment, severe hearing loss, etc); 4. the critical condition of the patient,unstable life signs.
