Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Stroke patients, including hemorrhagic or ischemic; all cases were confirmed by head CT or MRI examination for the first time, in line with the criteria for acute stroke diagnosis, all cases of clear diagnosis, vital signs stability (body temperature, breathing, pulse, blood pressure ), Neurological signs no longer progress after 48 hours, no obvious physical motor dysfunction; before the onset of normal language function, no other cognitive dysfunction, the WAB aphasia examination confirmed the diagnosis of Broca aphasia, D-KEFS- Letter Fluency Test Patient with executive dysfunction, age <75 years, educational level above junior high school, mother tongue is Chinese.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Disease, dyslexia, stuttering and other language barriers; serious cognitive impairment, can not cooperate with the researchers; serious heart, liver, kidney dysfunction; malignant progressive hypertension; deaf; can not establish the Internet platform, no follow-up; previous history of mental illness.
