Inclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Severe liver and kidney function; The coagulant function is unusual; Heart function level and level of the above; Patients with severe hypertension (SBP >160mmhg or/and DBP>110mmHg); Preoperative cold fever, infection and other inflammatory manifestations of the patient; Clinical performers such as throat discomfort, cough, expectorant phlegm, etc. Patients used analgesics and steroid drugs before the operation; Other conduit (such as a stomach tube) in the mouth or nasal cavity; The duration of the operation will longer than 5 hrs or less than 1 hour; After anaesthesia induction, the tracheal intubation was found to be difficult and the laryngoscope was exposed to the laryngeal hemorrhage in the intubation.
