Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. women aged 18~65 and weigh 45-80kg; 2. need to undergo unilateral radical mastectomy plus implant placement; 3. American Society of anesthesiologists (ASA) grade I ~ II; 4. dysfunction of heart, lung, liver, kidney and blood coagulation; 5. no local anesthetic allergy history; 6. no drugs used to affect nerve function before operation.;Inclusion criteria: 1. women aged 18~65 and weigh 45-80kg; 2. need to undergo unilateral radical mastectomy plus implant placement; 3.
