Inclusion criteria: All patients had been diagnosed with osteoarthritis of the kenn

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria were patients with bilateral arthroplasty. Patients were excluded if they had an allergy to TXA; had a history of renal failure, kidney transplant, history of an arterial thromboembolic event such as myocardial infarction or stroke within the past years, any a history of hypercoagulation, hemophilia, deep vein thrombosis, or pulmonary embolism;
