28 Years to 72 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients had completed scaling and root planning at least three months (including that had been treated by periodontal surgery more than six months before), and periodontal probing depth less than 5mm; 2. Remaining more than 20 teeth; 3. Without systemic disease; 4. No smoking.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnancy or lactation; 2. Scaling and root planning within 3 months preceding the start of the trial; 3. Antibiotic therapy within 3 months preceding the start of the trial.
