Combined group:The DLT size was selected based on the combination of the transverse diameter of cricoid ring and the equivalent diameter of LMB.
LMB group:The DLT size was selected based on the equivalent diameter of LMB alone.

18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) female patients requiring a left-side DLT for OLV; (2) aged 18-80 years (3) ASA physical status 1-3.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) absence of thoracic computed tomography (CT) performed within one month before thoracic surgery; (2) tumor of trachea and left main bronchus; (3) vious distortion or compression of the tracheobronchial tree; (4) anticipated difficult intubation (Mallampati score =3, thyromental distance <6 cm, interincisor distance <3 cm, and neck circumference more than 40 cm); (5) history of tracheotomy; (6) motion artifact of the tracheobronchial tree; (7) pre-existing sore throat or hoarseness.
