Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. aged between 25-75 years old; 2. Preoperative diagnosis is renal carcinoma; 3. patients and his families who volunteered to participate this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient who suffered from mental troubles or senile dementia; 2. Patient alley to certain drugs used in the study or transfer laparotomy; 3. Patient with Retroperitoneal surgery historyrgic,live and kindey function failure,cardiopulmonary insufficiency.

ambulation for the first time;time to the first flatus;time to remove the drainage tube;time to diet;the incidence of complications in intraoperative;intraoperative NRS score;90days after discharge NRS score;the incidence of chronic pain after 12months of operation;—
