18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. patients qualified for VATS lobectomy due to cancer; 2. aged 18-80 years; 3. an understanding of the principles of VAS pain assessment and ability of communication; 4. provide written informed consent; 5. ASA I-III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patient refusal; 2. allergic reaction to local anesthetics; 3. infection close to site of puncture; 4. coagulation disorders.
