Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Compliance with MGD diagnostic criteria; 2. Aged 18 years and more; 3. To be willing and able to cooperate with study requirements; Agreed to use a reliable form of contraception if of childbearing potential

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Had active ocular diseases, excluding glaucoma, or infections other than blepharitis;Had ocular surgery within the past 3 months; Had active ocular allergies;Had autoimmune disease requiring systemic treatment; Was unwilling or unable to discontinue the following medications during the study or during a 30-day washout period before the start of the study: systemic or ocular antibiotics, systemic or ocular steroids, anticholinergics,systemic or ocular antihistamines, ocular nonsteroidal antiinflammatory preparations, ocular vasoconstrictors, and investigational drugs other than the study drug; pregnant or nursing
