65 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged =65 years; orthopedic surgery, including artificial joint replacement surgery and fractures surgery around hip joint; surgery time> 1 hours; body mass index <35 kg/m2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Combined with ALI / ARDS; combined heart failure or suspected heart failure; received mechanical ventilation (including CPAP) treatment 15 days before surgery; combined pneumothorax or lung bullae; combined with craniotomy; moderate to severe liver and kidney dysfunction; combined with COPD requiring oxygen therapy or CPAP; access to ICU after surgery; participate in other clinical intervention trials.
