Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The patient in surgical intensive unit; Any age; Use face mask to atomize inhalation; Conscious and able to communicate effectively; Understand Chinese; Willing to participate in the test.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Inability to communicate effectively; Unwilling to participate in the test; Has serious heart and lung disease besides the diagnosis and treatment
