Age
18 Years to 110 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Primary knee osteoarthritis; 2. Primary unilateral total knee arthroplasty; 3. Without severe varus or valgus deformity(<20°)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Long term use of anticoagulant medicines; 2. With history of severe systemic disease, includes: renal insufficiency,hepatic insufficiency, heart failure,severe respiratory disorder, coagulation disorder, stroke and malignant tumor history; 3. Refuse to sign the consent of this study for any reason.
