Age
18 Years to 79 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Within 6 months of brain injury onset; 2.Lesion location: Cortical, subcortical, or both; 3.Aged 18–79 years; 4.Unilateral limb motor dysfunction; 5.Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) score >= 22; 6.Informed consent obtained from the patient or legal guardian prior to rTMS treatment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Unstable or progressive brain injury; 2.Severe cognitive impairment; 3.History of epilepsy; 4.Pre-existing cerebrovascular disease, traumatic brain injury, or peripheral neuropathy; 5.Severe dysfunction of major organs (e.g., heart, lungs) or malignancy; 6.Metal implants or implanted medical devices; 7.Other conditions causing limb motor dysfunction (e.g., neuromuscular or musculoskeletal disorders); 8.Use of tricyclic antidepressants; 9.Prior rTMS treatment.
