21 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) patients aged 21 or above who have had initial ischemic stroke within a year; (2) the first dorsal interosseous muscle of the non-affected hemisphere can induce the motor evoked potentials to determine the lateral M1 region; (3) the instructions of the rehabilitation training program can be understood.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) transient ischemic attack; (2) severe cognitive impairment; (3) pacemakers, DBS or implanted electrodes;
