Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. in line with the diagnostic efficacy standard of Chinese traditional Chinese medicine (ZY/t001.9-94): (1) there was an obvious history of injury, or the external fixation of the injured limb was too tight; (2) born in calf and forearm; (3) the injured limb pain, end pulses are reduced or disappeared, pale skin, cold or dark red patches and blisters, changing what is "hard" leather samples, tubular stiff, skin paresthesia and dysfunction, can be associated with increased body temperature, pulse quickened systemic symptom such as; (4) laboratory examination: blood sedimentation was accelerated, and the uromyoglobin test was positive; (5) the inter-compartment pressure was determined between 1.1kpa ~ 4.0 kPa. 2. clinical classification of clinical diagnostic criteria based on zhang zhe fu's syndrome of fascia of fascia: Level I: swelling of the limb, loss of skin texture, increased tension and lower extremity skin temperature; Class II: the swelling of the limb is obvious and the hardness is higher, so it can be seen in the tension small blister, the lower leg skin temperature is slightly hot, the foot is weak with the arterial pulsation, the foot is cold, the foot is slow, the feeling is slow, the traction is painful; Class III: the dorsal artery is weakened or disappeared, clear blisters, severe pain or disappearance. 3. inclusion criteria: (1) meeting the above diagnostic criteria; (2) aged 20-60 years; (3) closed fracture; (4) agree to participate in the study and participate in the treatment according to the research content; (5) informed consent and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) it does not meet the diagnostic criteria; (2) multiple fractures; (3) combining open fractures; (4) refuse to participate in this study; (5) patients with pregnancy or lactation; (6) patients with severe cardiovascular disease or diabetes; (7) liver and renal insufficiency.
