Group A:injection 1% chloroprocaine 0.2 ml/kg in femoral nerve blocks
Group B:injection 1% chloroprocaine 0.1ml/kg in femoral nerve blocks
Group C:injection 1% chloroprocaine 0.3ml/kg in femoral nerve blocks
Group D:injection 0.9% NS 0.2ml/kg in femoral nerve blocks

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients scheduled to undergo elective unilateral knee replacement; aged 65 to 80 Yeas; ASA I or II

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: A history of knee replacement; a history of allergy with morphine or local anesthetics; a history of continuous use analgesic for two weeks or more; a history of peptic ulcer or hemorrhage; peripheral neuropathy; morbid obesity (BMI>40); blood platelet count<8*10^9/l; coagulation disorders; infection of puncture site; a history of mental illness;inapprehension of VAS
