18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. NSCLC patients; 2. aged 18-75 years old; 3. diagnosed with clinical N2 stage via enhanced chest CT presented enlarged mediastinal lymph node (>1cm) andd/or PET-CT and/or EBUS and/or mediastinoscopy; 4. Karnofsky>80; 5. has the ability to tolerate operation; 6. to be able to understand and stick to the rules and signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. with previous or concurrent malignant tumor; 2. with distant metastasis; 3. pregnant or lactating women; 4. severe organic disease; 5. can not stand the surgery; 6. can not complete the treatmen plan.
