Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. aged 18-60 years; 2. cone-beam computerized tomography (CBCT) showing alveolar bone defect, dehiscences or fenestrations on the labial surface in the lower anterior region before treatment; 3. root prominence with thin gingiva; 4. orthodontic camouflage for dental Class II or decompensation for skeletal Class III malocclusions; 5. mild crowding of anterior teeth(0-4mm).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. injury or operation history of anterior region; 2. morphologic tooth anomalies or restoration of lower anterior tooth; 3. active periodontal disease; 4. congenital Cranial and maxillofacial anomalies; 5. previous orthodontic or orthognathic treatment; 6. systemic diseases.
