Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Gestational age 1 week; (2) Apgar score greater than 5 after 1 minutes birth; (3) Preterm infants in the incubator were stable: no brain disease, no genetic metabolic diseases, no heart disease, no use of sedatives.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Premature infants without hear impairment; (2) Parents refused to participate in the trial.
