1 Years to 16 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Written informed consent are abtained; (2) Aged 1-16 years; (3) Grade 1-111 of ASA classification; (4) Expected operation time is less than 2hrs; (5) Thoracic of pulmonary surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) The amount of bleedig in 3hrs is more than 50% of the total blood volume or the blood loss in 24hrs equals the total blood volume (2) The operation time is more than 2hrs (3) Overweight (4) Having contraindictions of nerve block or general anaethesia (5) Associated neurological or psychiatric disorders that can not cooperate the medical staff (6) Wet lung (7) The presence of a difficult airway in preoperative assessment
