Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: patients scheduled for primary unilateral total knee arthroplasty with spinal-epidural combined anesthesia, aged between 50 and 85 years, with an American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status classification of I to III
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: inability to cooperate, inability to speak or understand Chinese, allergy to any drug used in the study, a daily intake of strong opioids, alcohol or drug abuse, rheumatoid arthritis, infection at subsartorious femoral triangle block and adductor canal block puncture site, contraindiction of spinal-epidural combined anesthesia.
