Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients from ICU after cardiac surgery; 2. The sepsis or septic shock patients; 3. Aged 18 to 85 years; 4. Informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The AGI IV; 2. The pregnant or lactating subjects; 3. The expected short-term death of patients; 4. Treatment of the primary disease using intestinal probiotics or oral antibiotics are not absorbed by the intestinal.
