Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-70 years old, men and women; 2. Newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus hospitalized with severe hyperglycemia; 3. No sugar treatment was taken before admission; 4. HbA1c>9% or fasting blood glucose >11.1mmol/L; 5. Be able to strictly abide by the procedures of this test and complete all test subjects.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women or recent pregnant planners; 2. Combined with infectious and stress factors, acute complications such as diabetic ketosis, diabetic ketoacidosis, diabetic hyperosmolar state, etc.
