20 Years to 40 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 20-40 years, Weight 50kg-85kg, Height 155-175cm; 2. Gestation 37-41 weeks, Singleton fetus and head presentation, Primipara; 3. No contraindication of spinal anesthesia; 4. In early labor: cervical dilation for 2-3cm; 5. Requesting labor epidural analgesia; 6. 24 hours before analgesia without sedation, antiemetic drugs, anti itch medicine.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. There are other systemic diseases, such as analgesics or sedatives, antidepressants, long term use history, alcohol abuse history, etc.; 2. There is a history of mental and neurological disorders, a history of cognitive impairment and a history of verbal communication disorders, and can not be matched for any reason; 3. The temperature of axilla was over 37.0 degree C.
