Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 80 years old; 2. Unresectable malignant biliary obstruction or have surgical indications, but refuse to surgery; 3. The failed ERCP; 4. Karnofsky index (body function condition assessment scale) 30% or higher; 5. Sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The expected lifespan is less than 1 month; 2. The acute stage of Gastrointestinal hemorrhage; 3. Can't correct blood coagulation dysfunction, 4. Can't tolerate anesthesia; 5. Don't agreed to participate in research; 6. Uncooperative patients judging by the researchers.
