18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 18-65 years old, male or female non pregnant, the first cranial CT scan showed cerebral contusion, GCS4-8 after admission or after resuscitation, the initial intracranial pressure is larger than 25mmHg, and need for craniotomy. Signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: GCS 3, bilateral pupil dilation fixed, no spontaneous breathing, unstable vital signs, MAP<60mmHg or SPO2 is less than or equal to 94% after recovery. Severe combined injury or main injury site is not in the brain. Non informed consent. Pregnant women
