Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged more than 65 years old, Male or female; 2. ASA grade II or III, NYHA class II-III; 3. normal liver function and renal function; 4. The first gastrointestinal surgery patients; 5. Patient is able to understand the trail and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. chronic atrial fibrillation; 2. significant hepatic dysfunction; 3. significant renal dysfunction; 4. congestive heart failure; 5. emergency surgery.
