Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) a clear diagnosis of osteoarthritis; (2) American Association of Anesthesiologists grading (ASA) I or II; (3) agreed before surgery, and signed informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) severe cardiopulmonary liver and kidney dysfunction; (2) neuroendocrine-immune system diseases; (3) narcotic drugs or analgesic dependence or drug allergy history
