Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Aged 8~16 years, scheduled for total auricular reconstruction (nagata method), ASA grade I-II.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Requirement for additional surgery within 3 days, history of analgesic administration (eg, opioids, acetaminophen, or nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs) 24 hours before premedication, history of allergy to analgesic (eg, opioids, acetaminophen, nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, local anesthetics), history of coagulation disorders, history of renal or hepatic insufficiency;patients' or parental objection to ICNBs;inability to understand PCIA device use or VRS.
