18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Primary unilateral total knee artropasty; 2. Patients diagnosed with knee osteoartritis; 3. Aged >18 years old, to be able to and willing to provide signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. allergic to anaesthetic and sulfa drugs; 2. severe osteoarthritis with malformation; 3. bibulosity or Long-term opioid drugs; 4. can not communicate; 5. surgery leg happen neuropathy; 6. mentally disordered patients; 7. patients with digestive tract ulcer.
