Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Newly diagnosed patients, patients who had not received surgery or radiotherapy before the clinical trial; 2. Pathological diagnosis of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma (including a variety of differentiation degree); 3. Glottic carcinoma, invasion of anterior commissure, without invasion of thyroid cartilage, no lymph metastasis, clinical stage T2N0M0 (2002 AJCC laryngeal carcinoma TNM stage); 4. Aged from 18 to 75 years; 5. Be in good common condition KPS>=70; 6. The patients have signed the informed consent paper.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. CO2 laser group, unable to open mouth, severe cervical spondylosis, ankylosing spondylitis, etc., estimated difficult to expose the surgical area; 2. While suffering from other uncontrolled serious diseases such as tuberculosis, leprosy, and so on; 3. With heart, brain, lung and other vital organs dysfunction.
