18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Voluntarily accepted and signed informed consent; aged 18-70 years old, male or female; able to communicate with the researchers and complete the experimental process; clinically diagnosed as CD, and have surgical indications of patients.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Obvious allergies, or allergies to a variety of drugs; combined with severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction, renal failure, acute cardiovascular and cerebrovascular accident patients; patients with malignant tumor recurrence or metastasis signs; clinically diagnosed CD, but no surgical treatment Of patients.
