Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) First diagnosis of married breast cancer patients and spouses,or unmarried couples with stable relationship (The following are collectively referred to as spouse); (2) the age of spouses and patients aged 18 to 65 years old; (3) patients with breast cancer staging of carcinoma in situ, stage I-III; (4) Both husband and wife knowing the diagnosis of cancer; (5) Both sides having basic text reading and language communication ability; (6) Both sides volunteering to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Recurrence and metastasis or advanced breast cancer patients and spouses; (2) Spouse involved in other cancer interventive organizations; (3) spouses or patients suffering from mental illness history.
