Age
18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male or non-pregnant female patients diagnosed as hepatocellualr carcinoma with portal vein tumor thrombus(III/IV type of Cheng's classification); 2. Resectable lesion confirmed by 2 senior experts of hepatic surgery; 3. With no distant metastasis/insufficient liver function/dysfunction of other organs; 4. With no HCV or HIV infection.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Unresectable lesion; 2. Underwent other invasive treatment.
