The treatment group of shenque:An Wei Tie on Shenque(RN8), for 20 times, 6-12h/ time, every other day, fourty days
The treatment group of zusanli:An Mian Tie therapy on Zusanli, for 20 times,6-12h/ time, every other day, fourty days
The control group of shenque:Placebo of An Wei Tie on Shenque(RN8), for 20 times, 6-12h/ time, every other day, fourty days

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Meet the sleep disorder international classification (ICSD - 3) diagnostic criteria of chronic insomnia; 2) Meet the Traditional Chinese Medicine standard of Spleen-deficiency Syndrome; 3) Patient long-term used conventional medicine and the effect is not good; 4) Patients aged 18 to 65 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with severe heart,liver, kidney damage, blood, respiratory disease and severe mental illness; 2) Patients have liver and AIDS infectious diseases or severe injury has not recovered; 3) Patients with severe digestive system diseases and severe malnutrition; 4) Women during pregnancy or lactation; 5) not suitable for treatment.
