Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients with renal stone lager than 2cm, and the thickness of Renal cortical is good.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Staghorn calculus; 2. over 2 percutaneous tracts; 3. Pyonephrosis needs adequate drainage; 4. abnormal kidney anatomy; 5. ureteral stones; 6. sever bleeding during operation; 7. extensive damage or perforation in collecting system.
