18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. patients with osteoarthritis and have to undergo TKA; 2. Aged 55-80 years old; 3. BMI: 20-35 kg/m2; 4. American Society of Anesthesiologists degree before operation grade I~III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. allergic to anaesthetic and sulfa drugs; 2. severe osteoarthritis with malformation; 3. bibulosity or Long-term opioid drugs; 4. can not communicate; 5. surgery leg happen neuropathy; 6. mentally disordered patients; 7. patients with digestive tract ulcer
