treatment group:administer erythropoietin (150U/kg) three to five times via subcutaneous or intravenous injection before operation
controlled group:administer normal saline three times via subcutaneous or intravenous injection before operation

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged from 30 to 65 years, male and female; (2) the patients who suffer from bone un-union, bone defect or two or three segmental lumber spine disease requiring decompression surgery and intervertebral fusion; (3) Be willing to sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. malignant or benign tumor; 2. polycythemia vera; 3. myelodysplastic syndrome; 4. infected disease; 5. high dose chemoradiotherapy; 6. blood system disease; 7. operation site with infection or Hemoculture positive recently; 8. Hb10 seconds and platelet less than 60×10^9/L 9. pregnant woman; 10. patients with decompensated cirrhosis,uremia or severe brain trauma; 11. patient paticipating in other clinial trials in the same time.
