Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adults (both male and female) with chronic soft tissue wounds; 2. Aged 18 to 80 years; 3. Willingness of the patient to participate in the study, and written informed consent signed and personally dated by the patient; 4. Duration of soft tissue wounds>4 weeks; 5. Different kinds of chronic soft tissue wounds: diabetic foot ulcers, post traumatic, venous stasis ulcer, decubitus.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Blood sugar levels of the patient before meals are NOT regularly higher than 7mmol/L and are regularly NOT higher than 11mmol/L one to two hours after meals) 2. Contraindications of rESWT: 1) treatment of pregnant patients; 2) treatment of patients with blood-clotting disorders (including local thrombosis); 3) treatment of patients treated with oral anticoagulations; 4) treatment of soft tissue wounds above local tumors.
