Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) consistent with frequent recurrent tension headache or chronic tension headache diagnostic criteria; (2) Aged 18 and 80 years; (3) sign the informed consent form and volunteer to participate in this project.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) headaches caused by secondary headache, such as hypertension, intracranial occupation, intracranial infection, etc.; (2) combining migraineurs; (3) patients with acute heart failure, severe liver and renal insufficiency, or patients with severe wasting disease and abnormal coagulation function. (4) patients with dementia or understanding decline are not able to complete the evaluation of the efficacy; (5) pregnant or lactating women; (6) have received other acupuncture and massage therapy for headache in the past week.
