Interventions

Stroke Treatment Group:20 ml Xingnaojing injection dissolved in 250 ml normal saline infusion, 2 times /d, for 10 d beyond negative control treatment
Negative Control Group:General treatment of neurology, including close monitoring of vital signs, continuous low concentration of nasal inhalation of oxygen, physical cooling, nutrition, brain cells,
Stroke Control Group:20 ml 0.9%NaCl injection dissolved in 100 or 250 ml normal saline infusion, 2 times /d, for 10 d beyond negative treatment.

35 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. patients aged 18 years or older; 2. patients with an acute cerebral ischemic or intracerebral hemorrhagic stroke were diagnosed according to computed tomography (CT) or magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) brain scanning; 3. disturbance of consciousness on admission (defined as GCS score < 15); 4. time within 48h from stroke onset.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. severe cardial,hepatic or renal dysfunction; 2. allergic to drug in study; 3. Traumatic intracerebral hemorrhage or subarachnoid hemorrhage; 4. low compliance; 5. Pregnant or lactating women; 6. Participate in other research experiments at the same time.
